Important Information

 

Please ensure you read the following before placing an order.

 

Orders can be made by phone, email or Facebook Messenger.

 

If you are wanting to place a printing order, please ensure you include as much information as possible, for example:

  • Garment you want printing / item you want printing

  • Size

  • Colour

  • Type – men’s, women’s, children’s

  • Other info i.e. Round neck / V neck / hoodie with pocket

  • Design you want printing – if you have a logo or design you want us to print, please ensure this is a good resolution (the ideal resolution is 300dpi).

  • Location of the print (e.g front chest / back)

  • Date item(s) is/are required, if applicable.

  • Preferred method of delivery / collection.

  • Your preferred method of contact.

 

Orders require a minimum 10 working days’ notice.  Due to the extensive range of garments, items, fabrics and colours, it is impossible for us to have a stock of everything.  Therefore, we may need to order items in. We do reserve the right to ask for payment in advance depending on the number of garments / items ordered but this will be discussed at the time of your request.

 

How your item is printed depends on what you want printing.  Sublimation printing is suitable for printing on white or light objects or fabrics, whereas vinyl is excellent for one colour logos and/or vector graphics. Quotes will be given for each method of printing that we think is suitable for your design, allowing you to pick the right option for you.  We will endeavour to explain the pros and cons of each type of printing based upon your design.

 

Once all the information is obtained, we will make a ‘mock up’ of your design which will be sent to you on email or Messenger so you can see a representation of what the finished product will look like.  Changes can be made to this ‘mock up’ at no extra cost until you are completely happy with the design.

 

We aim to print your items and dispatch as soon as possible and we will keep in touch with you through your preferred method of contact to update you on the status of your order.

We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred date and time for delivery, if we cannot meet this, other date / time options will be discussed with you.

 

If you have a complaint or problem with your order, this must be raised within 24hrs of delivery.  We will endeavour to work with you to achieve a positive outcome.
